Treatments can’t be refunded once performed. If you’re unhappy, contact us within 72 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice after the minimum term.
